e-Fuel Management System

This system is a “Radio Frequency Identification Recognition” system designed in a manner to be operated with the fuel dispensers at filling facilities and fuel oil stations. The most evident properties of the system are easiness in fuel oil fillings and record keeping, accuracy of data and service speed. With the technique presented by RFID technology, the identification data of each vehicle is like a finger print. The data cannot be recognized and copied by means of radio receivers.

VIS (Vehicle Identification System)
It provides full control possibility to the owner of fleet with regard to fuel oil consumption. With the vehicle recognition units attached to the vehicles, the information on identity, kilometer and fuel oil consumption are kept under control.

CIS (Customer Identification System)
It provides the possibility of control to the owner of vehicle with regard to fuel oil consumption. With the RF-cards used, the individual fuel oil consumption is kept under control. It can also make online credit card authorization proceeding on pump with the customer cards

Operation System
It acknowledges the plate number of the vehicle, its company, kilometer, operation system, motor, air-conditioning hour and driver of vehicle (optional). It acknowledges the fuel oil supply date and fuel oil kind, amount and quantity. It acknowledges the daily, weekly and monthly liter or money filling number limit of the vehicle and gives filling confirmation. Besides, it gives filling record receipt that contains information such as date and hour of filling, plate number, company, amount, quantity, fuel oil kind, pump no and station name. It gives no fuel oil to any vehicle it does not recognize.
The fuel oil is given to vehicles out of the system through the automated pumps with the pump staff identification unit given to each pump staff.

It reports the total fuel oil consumption in basis of fleet, vehicle ,company or driver, amount and quantity of fuel oil given from the pump, and amount, quantity of fuel oil given from each pump connected to CIS system.

POS / Self Service
The pumps in the station, connected to automation are self served. That is, the pumps can be programmed from the market in terms of payment or volume. The customer makes the payment and the pump is opened for the customer to fill his vehicle.

Function of the Program
The program supports two operation modes of the pumps in the station. Prepay and Post pay. One mode can be selected or two can be used at the same time. The program can be logged in by entering the defined cashier information. The sales are recorded in the name of the related cashier.

Pump sales screen is displayed after the cashier has logged in. This sales console represents the liquid fuel station. When a ready filling point is clicked on in prepay mode, a screen is displayed where product and amount (price or volume) are selected and the pump is opened for sale to take place. In Post pay mode, the tank of the vehicle is filled and then the payment is made to the market. The filling can be tracked from the console and the station's pump sales list in order to observe the condition of the field. All sales are recorded to the account of the cashier that the system is opened for. The account of the related cashier is received at the end of the shift, and the new shift is started by entering a new cashier. You can also receive detailed reports from the program concerning the shifts, the cashier and sales.

Fuel service Station Pump Automation and Fuel Oil Management Systems
Pump automation is one of the most important part of the fuel station automation systems. It gives total control to the management over, dispenser sales and the attendants on the site.

On-Line Pump Observation
The money and liter values are observed on the display at the market during the sales operation.

Totalizer Reading
The money and liter totalizer report on the dispensers, may be obtained whenever it is required.

Unit Price Changing /Programming
When the fuel oil unit price is changed by means of the center computer, the said unit price simultaneously changes in all the pumps. The pump never accepts the entered price on it.

Self Services
The pump is programmed in money and liter type at the market. The customer makes the payment, the confirmation is sent to the dispenser and the customer makes the filling himself/herself.

Attendants Shift
Once the shift programming and change is programmed in the system, the shift change is realized by means of a single key. The dispenser, nozzle, attendants and the fuel sales amounts in money and liter kind are registered in the memory. In the pump automation system, the attendants may give fuel oil from all the dispensers. In the shift report, the information of attendants, in basis of dispensers and total is included.

Tank Stock Tracing
In the systems without tank automation, the fuel oil stocks and tanks, the invoice liter amount are entered into the system and stock tracing depended on sales is made.

Automatic Calibration
The system is integrated through tank automation. In the systems with tank automation, a calibration table is established through communication with the dispenser sales and so automatic calibration is made.

Detailed dispenser sales, attendant, stock reports are obtained.
